Before joining Miller Mortgage in 1999, I worked for 10 years as a local Realtor®. Time after time, I helped real estate clients negotiate loans with Miller Mortgage from the other side of the table! I think John finally said, "If you're going to write the application anyway, why don't you just come work for us?"

After so many years of working with hundreds of buyers, I know both borrowers and real estate agents are looking for straight talk and quick turnarounds. At Miller Mortgage, we're very responsive and we work around your needs. I think that's important. The attention we provide our borrowers is one reason I enjoy working here.

I also look forward to helping people get back on track with refinancing. Anyone can fall into a bad time in their life financially. I see it as my privilege and a challenge to help them through that period. Sometimes it's a long-term process, but it's always rewarding. We're looking out for our clients, not just now, but for the future as well. I review files every few months to spot opportunities for my clients to save money. At the end of the day, our reputation is more important than the money we could make on a higher interest rate.
